United States Congressman Lloyd Doggett represents communities from San Antonio to Austin. He serves as Chairman of the Heath Subcommittee on the House Ways & Means Committee, the oldest committee of the United States Congress. Congressman Doggett is also a member of the Ways and Means Select Revenue Measures Subcommittee, the Joint Committee on Taxation, and the House Budget Committee.
As Chairman of the Ways & Means Health Subcommittee, Rep. Doggett works to put patients first, lower Big Pharma monopoly prices, cut out-of-pocket cost, and reverse Republican sabotage of our healthcare system. He is a sponsor of multiple pieces of legislation that would allow Medicare to use its purchasing power to lower drug costs for seniors and taxpayers through negotiation, fight anti-competitive pay-for-delay deals, and promote transparency throughout the drug development and pricing process.
Congressman Doggett was an active member of the Health Subcommittee when the Affordable Care Act was written in 2009-10. Since before coming to Congress, he also served as a Justice on the Texas Supreme Court.

In 2021 the two co-founders unified the companies under the new brand Goodside Health, updating to a new brand and moniker that best represents the portfolio of innovative pediatric care solutions which now provide access to care to more than 1,100,000 families annually. Kevin is the principal lead for the SchoolMed program and his strategic vision and unique experience at the intersection of healthcare and education is balancing the scales of health equity.

Dr. Blake McKinney, CirrusMD Co-founder, had a vision: to enable every person to have a better experience accessing healthcare services. Blake observed the barriers his patients were up against in seeking care, and at the same time, saw that his friends and family were able to reach out to him directly for guidance, most often via text. CirrusMD was created so everyone seeking care could immediately connect and communicate with a real doctor in this way.
Partnering with Andy Altorfer in 2012, Blake and the CirrusMD team built a platform to achieve this vision of an improved healthcare experience. Through the years, this path has been guided by Blake’s clinical insight and ongoing, practice-based understanding of the needs of both patients and doctors.
Dr. McKinney completed his internship and residency at the University of California Davis after graduating from the University of Texas Medical School in Houston. Prior to medical school he served four years as a Communications Intelligence Officer in the United States Marine Corps.
One of the main objectives of Dr. Roger Moczygemba is to fix a crippling problem in the current health care system. He recognizes that excessive health care costs, high copays, insane wait times, and rushed 10-minute doctor visits all prevent individuals, families, and employees from seeking the medical help they need when needed.
Dr. Moczygemba decided to adopt the revolutionary Direct Primary Care model, and through it, he made healthcare direct, accessible, transparent, and affordable to everyone. I
n 2017, he built Direct Med Clinic in San Antonio to transform his community. It is through his clinic that he and his team are able to provide real care to individuals, save millions on downstream costs for employers, and spread the word about the remedy to our current misaligned health care system. The Direct Primary Care model is designed to provide the ideal solution: direct contracting and membership access to fair prices without the hassle of third parties or fear of surprise billing.
Dr. Roger graduated from Texas A&M Health Science Center and then trained in Family Practice in the Navy. He has worked in Family Practice, Occupational Medicine, and Urgent Care for over 25 years and was a telemedicine pioneer in primary care nearly 20 years ago.
